these dampers work correctly , new from bgm (scootercenter cologne).

pros: they should work very very good, adjustable, slim, fittings like original, no adaptor needed.
cons: expensive (over 150.-gbp / pair) , not really good looking on a classic line.
can't find them on the scooter centre website....you got a link?

check that the bushes top and botton dont push out or the little round ferrel thats in the centerdoesnt either as some are a very loos fit are you using those horrid mounts for the bottom that bolt on the hub spindle if so check that your hub nuts lock on properley as the nylock in the end might not go on the thread by very much

Cheers, there italian so should be okay.. :? Have a mate who is helping me do the build and he knows what hes doing so hopfully all should be okay. Doing all the donkey work at the moment, flatting down and polishing up the ally which has come out surprisingly well.
Another mate Mate who is doing the spray job(you see a pattern starting here ;) ) gave me some polishing compound and used it with the dremmel on the ally on the headset and it looks spot on....Saved a few bob as was going to replace them... :D

and, judging by the ones I have seen lately, it is quite easy to strip the thead on the damper brackets.

to true ive welded new studs on about 4 this year i make them about 6mm longer so a penny washer(19mm outside) can be fitted either side of the bottom eyeand a nylock fitted been using 10.9 high tensile bolts cut to a stud and welded on the old bracket or i have noticed a few sets of fork links with the correct lugs on them on epay not the £60 indian ones though again with these i have modified a few sets for local people
