I shall try and put a picture up of the engine stamp number,it defiantly don't have stars either side of the numbers the SX lump has been verified it's not Indian that I'm not worried about

Loads of SIL parts are marked Innocenti as they used the original moulds so that's no guarantee of origin. It's also possible that parts have been substituted in the history of the machine or that it was assembled from bits in somebody's shed.

Frame is everything in identification. Some pics of the frame number and area around the near side rear support might help.
No plate rosscla the numbers are stamped into the frame.
Sorry I meant what year on the registration plate?
