Good spot but it's not a seat lock, its a blacking bung for when Servetta put the ignition switch at the back, My 1982 series 80 has one two.

id always assumed it was for seat .. seems a daft place to put ignition

I reckon I'm defo converted.not even uncovered the vespas since I got it.
It rides spot on.
Wasn't too sure about the paint job but I love it now.taken the inline spare carrier off and just won an ancilloti seat on eBay.
Just a few touches to make it mine and it will be all good.

I've looked into it and I believe it's an Li s3 frame with an SX200 engine.stage 4 with 30mm dellorto.
Goes really well.even 2up.
