Handlebar Mount on a GP Headset

The thing I used was an old mirror stem. A friend of mine bent it to the shape we needed, then made like a cotton bobbin out of metal and welded it on. When you put the band on for the iphone, it stayed where it was because of the raised edges.

Ordered a stem and a bit of threaded tube offf fleabay. Hope the stem's weldable
