Foam air filter/TS1

This one didn't work so well, I had to use two of them to seal against the carb bellmouth, but with two of them the carb pressed into the filter too far and couldn't get enough air. With one, it was pulling in unfiltered air.

I tried one of these but the rubber elbow pressed against the side panel, deforming it and pushing it very close to the carb opening.

The filter fit ok, though. Didn't really need to clean it.

I think a foam filter directly on the carb and sticking out the panel is probably the easiest to do. You'll need to clean these about once per month, depending on how often you ride. There are foam filter cleaners, you just spray the filter inside and out, then massage it around, then rinse with water. Let it dry, and re-oil with foam filter oil and it's ready to go.
