There are a few pre-requisits (that doesn't look right, apologies for spelling) to do it the way I did.

Li style light switch assy on bars
Indian GP (with indicators) light switch
12v Battery system
Key ignition switch to turn on lights

Here is my handlebar assy:

This is the type of light switch:

I used a solid state flasher relay similar to this one:

Hope this helps

I can supply a wiring diagram, but basically you take a +12v feed from the battery to the flasher unit, connect the output of the flasher unit to the indicator switch, take the left and right outputs from the indicator switch and connect to the respective indicators.

Throttle return spring looks like a good idea. Have you got a closer picture of the mechanism?

Great looking Lambretta.

I've run an identical set up with great success.

So much so, that after a number of years, I couldn't bring myself to sell the top end. I'm going to rebuild the engine sooner than expected to get it back on the road.

Hi Corrado, I'll see if I can sort one out for you.

Thanks Bilko, not sure which version of Mugello this is but I'm quite happy with the way it runs, apart from the 4 stroking a light throttle openings (and I won't try and sort this until I've had the motor out, matched the manifolds etc and fitted the Mtech unit) and the fuel consumption. I haven't checked to see exactly what mileage I'm getting, but I seem to have to fill up fairly often considering I don't do much WOT riding!

Here you go! It's a mod I did for the previous owner (my brother-inlaw) and it works very well.

Is that a home made set up not the Spanish type throttle return spring?
