Yes.

Aircraft paint stripper(nitromores? I think it's called in the UK) is the only thing I have found that will touch it. Apply, scrape, repeat, apply, scrape, repeat, apply, scrape, repeat, apply, scrape, repeat and so on and so forth.
A high heat two part steel epoxy is what can be used as filler.

have you used nitromores lately ???? them e/u muppets made them change it and now it wont strip a bed :flaming:

Any alternative? Of anyone knows the old recipe for nitromors I should be able to mix some up.....

I take it media blasting will eat through the metal before the powder....i have a acid clean and caustic tank duality at work?
