Just had a solid mount PHBH manifold machined down to match a 30mm rubber mount. Got it done at Chiselspeed - £15.00.
Got a new Malossi rubber that's fits the VHSH properly and is strong enough to hold the carb up without any sag and looking where the carb and stub meet inside it's nice and snug. Now looking for some decent clamps.
What are the alternatives to Jubilee clips that grip evenly without cutting into the rubber? What do Aprilias or NSR's use to hold PHBH carbs on?
