i run a DR180 on a work scoot. 140 air cap, BE5, 110 main and a 55/160 pilot, airscrew about 3 turns out, all on a 20mm standard type carb and a sito plus. goes alreet and great on fuel (its got a 200 gearbox and T5 4th gear fitted) was just some bits lying about that i chucked together to get me out of a corner, 4 years later, i still cant kill it! ran on 2% oil, any sort!

as a little adendum, i"ve put a 125 gearbox in with an old style 3 plate clutch, so it pulls a bit better up hills etc. the 200 box was a tad too tall, even with the T5 4th in .
