hi ric, dont know range of the tank yet ,you can get 11n a half litres in it and itll do about 45 mpg so shouldnt be bad for c2c ,got a stage 6 fuel gauge plumbed in as well so no probs guessing how much juice is in it, tank is covered with a modified p range toolbox clipped in at the top and bolted under the legshields ,scoot is taxed tested and insured as a 450 and has 443cc on the logbook

With the amount of power on tap, I'd suggest strapping a bag of cement to the front mudgaurd if you go up the Hardnott Pass if you don't want to end up on your backgavi4t wrote:so shouldnt be bad for c2c

holy moly, it seems someone has managed to get a quick engine in a lambretta without it looking like a wedge. so many auto use 12 inch wheels and jacked rear ends. i love gileras and typhoons and i love Lammies but i dont let them mate in my garage. Well done to getting serious muscles to suit a sweet design, im loving the sprung rear wheel. id love to see a side veiw but youve kept the reason we love lammies in your design. they look cool.
top drawer mate.

hi all a few teething probs to report
thought id ironed out most of the probs with a build like this but no it bit me on the arse :shocking: id plumbed the oil tank pipes the wrong way round now sorted a nd a small matter of too much torque going through the rear sprocket ending up ripping the sprocket clean off the rear wheel ooops due to no cush drive got my good engineer freind to take a look and he s modified the rear wheel and sprocket configoration to run a nylon bush between the sprocket holding bolt and the new sprocket carrier he s made so now ive got a little bit of movement between the cog and the hub kerchinggg well hopefully
