My PX is a 1992 (J reg) with autolube. It's a PX200 but I'm not sure which model it is.
I had a look on the scooterhelp website. Do I assume that the clutch unit is accessible under the domed cover and can be removed with the engine in situ?
Also, in order to replace the whole clutch, which kit and other bits will I need?
I don't know what the primary ratio is -any ideas?

The easiest way to remove clutch is either on it's side or jack the rear end up after putting blocks under the stand and remove the lower rear shock bolt,remove the hub and wheel ,disconnect the cable and remove the cover.Once in there remove the centre cap held with a spring clip and bend the tabs back on the lock tab holding the nut.Then you need a special castellated tool to undo the nut along with a clutch holding tool.It's then a case of two screwdrivers to ease the unit off the crank ,best to position the keyway at the top first though to prevent the key falling in the motor.If you don't feel confident or don't have the tools for the job I would ask about for someone who can do it for you.You could always visit B**dspeed with clutch in hand and ask them for the parts you need?

Good advice from wack 63 and its exactly how I do it . I've taken the time to sort out clutches in the past but if I were you I'd buy a new genuine vespa cosa clutch with the same number of teeth , not a pattern one , the proper washer and the newer style clutch nut . It gets rid of that castellated nut which is a pain and genuine cosa clutch's are much nicer to use . Great on a standard bike . Your well capable of doing the job . It just takes patience . If you can remove the castellated nut without drama the job can be done in less than an hour easily . When reassembling try and fit the spring that holds the cover over the clutch nut as tidy as possible rebending it to the right shape if need be . Doing this right gets rid of the clicking noise sometimes present on bikes when the clutch is engaged . If you attempt the job you'll understand what I'm trying to explain . Also cosa clutch's use a slightly different gear oil . Its written in the haynes manual but I can't remember what it is at the moment . Its not sae30 although its worked fine in the past for me . Ignore the Haynes manual kid, gearbox oil is SAE30.
