I loved Lil Deuce. For me it's a shame to no longer have it's original paintwork, but that's my nostalgic hormones.
As it is now, it's a great job and it is great to see the same scooter on the road.

lil deuce scoot was a fine bike of the period and only looked dated when jeremy howlet got going. the Arai racer is just another racy Gp from a frustrated motorbike envier. sure it looks well done but so do oven bottom muffins but i wouldnt spend thousands of quid on one.

lil deuce panels are still around, the owner of Arai still has them. Lil deuce was owned by a scunny lad called Mick Stockdale who sadly died several years ago. Col was going to redo Lil Deuce but decided against it out of respect, have a closer look at his new scooter it is a very nice bike. Although Lil Deuce is a legendary scooter.

It would be hard to replicate that scooter... Nearly impossible.
P.S: Ricardo Rapido... you're hopeless!

original panels from this period are the art of scootering. 1970's panels have a character of no money mixed with creativity.....

probably between 1976 and 1978???

That is my style, although not as refined, hand brushed names on pannels are a must for me:
