That's an other idea that could suit my Jet 200 but certainly not on my Winter Model if i finish this project one day
An idea of cost and how to contact Chris Sadd? PM please

muppet,
I already went the GP200 gearbox and sprocket/crownwheel way instead of SX200 on my stage 4 Jet 200.
My inner/outer cables are new and friction free and fore sure it's damn easier than other mates' scooters.
Why not lightest springs but where do you find them and will they cope with the power of engine more than a few hundred miles :?:

I saw this system for sale somewhere on a scooter website (maybe LTH and someone else) but don't know if it really works...not very expensive but still too expensive if it doesn't help.
Prefer keeping £40 and add it to other hundreds in a system that help my hand and my engine performance.
Anyway, someone tried it?

my trouble also included having 2 cables that stretch so needed twice as much adjustment
