Chill man. Im brand new to this scooter lark so am just glad that lots of members have offered advice, i need all i can get. I will check all the things suggested including the gearbox.

:frog: might mean jest but i stuck that on cos i liked the look of it. I really cant be arsed typing out the possible reasons when theres always someone who knows better cos they post every 10 minutes :shocking:

I don't see the issue in folk giving their thoughts based on their own experiences and similar to the symptoms given here, doesn't make them a keyboard warrior, just trying to help. I guess there's only one answer here though, so we'll see how it pans out :-?

Anyways....not seen you in a bit, did that engine we rebuilt 4 times put you off? lol....get yerself round for an Xmas cuppa!!

in fear of the flaming LOL. but I only had a couple of 2 strokes, one of them had hot start problems, was found to be running lean, dont know if this is a common result of running lean, maybe someone will be able to comment/flame/kick me in the nuts??
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it does fail, hit them with it!!!
