Must be an awesome treat to get to build a bike with no expense spared... was the owner on the phone every day asking about some more new parts he had seen in scootering?

I had an SX200 in Lotus colours in 1971, and am just about to recreate it. As I'm getting on a bit now it may well be my last one so I want to do it right. I'll probably print those pictures just to ensure I don't cut too many corners!

Just one query looking at the front hub, has that bike got a mechanical drive for a standard speedo and the other cable a sensor feed for the Vapor?

Yes there is a mechanical drive for standard speedo, and a cable/ sensor for the vapour computer.... It's worth saving up the extra for the lth disc brake ... It's a100% better in terms of build quality over scoot rs ... And looks really trick ...

Yes standard drive for the cable and the other is the pick up for the Vaper

he sure was and he dropped off an SX200 for me to do next and he has started with the bits already
