Check the play between the clutch bush crown wheel and the spider, some clutch bush's aren't quite round either which will cause a problem, check the spider isn't bent, if it has needle rollers make sure it's a Italian spider and crown wheel as these are hardened for the use of needle rollers if not use a bush.
