Are you both (Russ, Phill) using alloy with iron liners, if so then theres a bigger piston to bore clearance then on a ceramic bore. Check out some of the two stroke bike forums for info on the KHC pistons, type in 'KHC pistons' there's some interesting stuff. I think that both pistons being sold are the same piston?

Yes, I have an iron lined TS1 barrel. I'll check out the other forums.
