Cro Mo Liners are very very tough, if it goes tits up you can rebore thats alot cheaper than a nicosil reline.

I can understand how you feel as I would probs be upset too!
I suppose its the person holding the conversation held over the phone before you sent it off to be done thats let you down.
When I send stuff of I add a letter with it explaining what I need done just in case.
You werent to know that the person wasn't listening when you rang them so have you spoken to the boss yet.
I dont think it will cause you any problems when running it though!
