Hi Mate,
Can you let me know where the glovebox came from?
Also was the mudguard a repro one? if so - how was the quality?

Glovebox from scootus, morely leeds (needs a bit of fettling to fit)
mudguard Buzz solo moto, halifax.
Quality wise not sure where they are made but they fit ok and have sprayed ok

Hi David
I've had this case welded by a grown up
I just tided it up
I have used jbweld to increase the transfer area / gasket face on my imola after I opened up the transfers, it's has covered a fair few thousand miles without incident.
picture of how thin the walls were after opening up for imola kit (sorry dont have a piccy of jbweld insitu)

I posted this in the standard scoots section, but ...
Can anyone post some pictures of framebreather panel slots?
Preferably with the badges in place
Even more preferably with some dimensions!
I have some non breather panels and was keen to hand do some slots in them for my S1

Another update for ya....
Rear hydraulic brake pedal 1st fit (I've modified the bracket so that it bolts on and able to use the original pedal)
Front hydraulic cable routing (bit OTT disks front and rear....but hey why not
)
Bit of a tight squeeze!
The engine is now ready, I might get round to fitting it this week

Is the rear brake a design of your own mike?..how much ground clearance will there be mate.

The mod you have done on the rear mudguard, will there still be enough clearance when suspension at bottom of travel.

@ Lam46 I bought the rear brake setup off the interweb...pos originates from Saigon Scooters. There's oodles of ground clearance, the only way this bad boys gonna hit the deck is if the forks snap at the top and damaging the brake will be the last thing on my mind then!!!!
@ leigh The mudguard is a remade item and didn't fit up to the rear of the scoot (like I've seen on pukka versions, its about and inch short), so I'm not 100% certain its going to fit anyway, in any case the cut out only protrudes an inch into the mudguard / wheel area, again there's shed loads of space here.
