mate its not the engine, after see the scooters now covered in foam for the past how many
years I am board of them I might just mat the t5 and buy a p2 lump to use. The shops I am talking about are Ital malvern had it 3 or 4 years never touched it, super sprint about the same time but did weld 6 holes up, and you know about readspeed 1 and half I waiting for a water cooled head gave them my card details ect and nothing some peeps dont want the work, also scooter rocks

chromed and twisted on the lammy got them back had to send them to Frank they where bent 1 problem after another

I get like this every year when the summer is here and I have to ride roound in my Vanbretta. I am also looking at getting a VW camper so some things might have to go, I am selling my Mini for a start dont want to but need must, I have got 8 matching sets of T5 casing too all A1

I thought I only had 3 stuck up the loft with barrles heads piston you know what its like in the old days stick it up the loft and forget about them and also another 3 sets of non matching casing I used to love my T5 stuff

I did have an electric pump but I now have a mechanical one that works much better. The electric one just didnt seem to flow right. It could have been down to the position that I had it in that didnt help. I still have it so i'll have another play at some point.
The electric pump that I have was wired to the ignition from the battery. Its designed to be left on all of the time and increase the flow when the thermostat opens. I also have a thermoswitch on the top of my cylinder and was going to route it through this when I had more time but like I said I wasnt happy with the flow so went mechanical. In doing so I also removed the thrmostat, its not a problem you just have to give it longer to warm up but it doesnt take long at all and then it remains steady unless you thrash it but then it returns to normal
I think I kind of answerded your question
