if you get fed up and want to make something a bit quicker a good pipe to cut up for small frame vespas is the yamaha rd pipe , you can pick them up pretty cheap on ebay , i made one that went down and forward under the frame and it worked a treat.

I have an aprillia pipe in the shed that I could cut up but it wont be what I want. Heres the pattern I cut out yesterday for the straight pipe . . .
I was going to cut the pattern in steel tonight. I got some 1mm steel off a mate but when I got it home I realised it was 1.5mm instead of the 1mm I asked for

Pattern, now cut in 1mm steel below, stinger still need to be cut to size

This a straight pipe that will come straight out of the back of the scoot. That way I can alter it easily
