A little wear was noticed but i put this down to over 2300 miles being covered and i was towing a trailer.

Ive built up my 100/90 Weatherman ( 4 inch Rims )about 3 months ago with the intention of putting it on the rear of my GP.... Looks like it could be a tight fit :o If I fit a second washer, or have a deeper one made for behind the hub cone to space the wheel and tyre further away from the engine case.......This shouldnt cause me any problems.....WILL IT...???

i run 100/90 on the rear with a spacer on each of the studs with a wide rim...no rubbing of the tyre on the casing however ive had a flat and i find i have to fit the rear tyre deflated and inflate it when fiited.

do you mean between the rim & the hub ? then surely the rim is not seated on the hub safely ??
I can now remove my 100/90 on a wide rim without deflating after doing this mod from the MB site : Image
