best pipe for rb 230

hi wax cool on the case will be done in 4 weeks i hope just getting engine done rb 242cc well its rb 225 with 64mm crank, center plug head .lots of porting /reedspeed 6 plate,pacemaker box ,agusto unit. still not 100% on pipe though franspeed race pipe or nk ? or get one made , whos good at pipes prob blue dwarf best to see

Nice one Nick. I ebayed the bullet, after speaking to Alan at diablo. He had just dynoed one and said it wasnt all that really, so decided to stick with the franspeed. Plus, I need the funds for the DAC engine. Boy, do those DAC's need some money thrown at them! Another money pit to hide from the wife! I am taking my time buying all the bits, as and when i get some spare cash. I have decided to do it properly rather than rush it for this season, and regret it al my leisure. I am sticking my RB 260 engine in the rusty nail and selling my TV2 with the 36hp engine from rusty in it.
I don't want to keep up with modern traffic. I want to hoon past it, preferably on one wheel!

rb260 heh have you had work done on the engine porting etc bet its not 36bhp though . mines being done at charkie whites the engine will fooking fly when he,s finished with it proper job .yeah might stick to the franspeed then bit bored of the franspeed though as had one for 2 years i want a new noise :-] i'm looking forward to my 64mm crank :-]

JB did the 260 for me 35bhp and 23 ft of torque. It promises to be a belter.........I just have to find the time to put it all together

JL4 is the revvy race pipe, takes a while to kick in but revs on when it does.
Old Lambretta's never die, they get tuned..................
