Now that I had a closer look to mine , the front seat is dav not AP as I told you in the beggining.

I must dig out my other seat, I'd assumed that they'd be the same but obviously that may not be the case.

There was also a third variant where a front seat was used for the rear but an adapter plate fitted to allow for the curve of the frame. Ive not seen one in the flesh but there is literature/brochures showing this adapter plate.
