Yep, its a Winter.
I bought it afterall the Winter specific parts hadbeen removed and sold seperatley. Hada lot of trouble sorting parts for it.
Big thanks to Soullad on here for the headset incl. tacho and for sourcing me a NOS headlight rim.
The scoots not finished, the Motors on its way to Soullad whos doing the rebuid, Harry Barlow 190, 25mm delly, clubman. Nothing wild but useable.
Ill pstsome more pics after its finished.

even late fat spanish dampers fit under the mudguard.

Thank you for that Inna. That puts my mind at rest. There does seem to be plenty of room judging by your photo.
That's an interesting looking scooter you've got there. Any chance of showing us some more pictures?
