Defo leave the the sleeving on the loom, it insulates it and the slightly bigger hole is fine. I put both holes on either side of the tube just under the crome ring no worries weakening the structure this way.

Very interesting gentlemen, i have the same problem and have chosen to enter frame with cables at the side on steering tube/frame joining point but because of TS1 kit i have exited above engine mount( avoiding carb),its a very difficult choice and must be made on each projects needs...pictures do help tho!!!...let me try to sort a few out if i can

Tis a might cold at the mo, havent even been to the garage let alone do anything out there lol

Right, here you go. Pics of all frame holes apart from the ones hidden by the legsheilds. Oh and got my prev post wrong. The cables enter the frame from the headset further down the tube that goes into the headset, approx where the bend is for the forks. The loom however goes straight down the tube from the headset. Engines out at the mo, as im doing some work on her and some of the rubber grommets have come out of the holes but you will get the idea hope it helps. and yeah it was bloody freezing in there....

This is where the look comes out at the rear of the frame and goes into the boxes held by scooter loopy bracket

Gears, clutch & HT lead again. I found this was as far back as you could have the slot for the cables as any further back and they had to much of a bend going into the block, although you could prob go back a little more, well out of the way for an rb kitted carb though.

Yes that does help, not got the problem of routing the choke as using a Dellorto with a flip choke but everything else is self explanatory.

Not a problem, sorry didnt do it sooner but the scoots round a mates as thats where I took it when it broke down. Been off the road for nearly a month now and i reckon iv only missed 2 decent riding days....May be it for a while now as weather looks set down here....
