MM i seem to recall reading about a chopper done like that i think it was that mad 1 in scootering with suiside shifter but cant remember the benifits of it . i presume it pushes the front wheel forward within the forks how does it effect the ride and handeling . does it give more leverage over the suspension...

not sure ..as you say i had seen it done so wonderd if you had tryed it ...the suspention wont dive like that and will lift slightly under braking

i must just thank brother lamblast for building the engine in the chopper and the paint work on the cutdown which he had to do twice because me n boggy went on our arses at 70 mph on a duel carridgeway about 4 years ago not long after it was finished so another full respray was needed cheers bro.
ive had the cutdown since the late eighties i built it after getting out of hospital after 2 of us went over the top of a car that pulled out on us. but it was always matt black in them days we used to go on the rallies with my crutches strapped on the side me in full plaster.
we even got married on it.. the idea behind the chopper build was to build a cruiser to slow me down a bit did it work did it fook i just ride the chopper fast now lol..
