You can make your own that uses the mirror mount holes under the headset of most pre P headsets.

I took this pdf to a metal shop and in 15 minutes and 20 bucks, it was done with 1/4" bar stock steel. I drilled it and painted it.

well sorry for the confusion i just assumed it was a scoot rs brake as i didnt realise anybody else made one like that.
as for the pk forks there 20mm and the master cylinder mount i could do for you if you want it to look like its part of the headset this is one i done for my rally
