Corrado had some vietnamese rubbers that were the dogs . . . really strong and a nice tight fit. I had the carb falling off every couple of weeks till I bought one of those.

MB do some good ones as well ;) dont use wide clips, dont over tighten them and the rubber mount also helps to stop heat transfer.

I always spray carb cleaner on the manifold and carb and dry removing all traces of oil before nipping the clips up too
If it aint broke.........tinker with it.....
