Its not so much that I hate them, I just don't see the point. If it isn't ridden then what's it for? I've won a couple of trophies myself (usually due to lack of competition) and its a nice buzz but it doesn't come anywhere near riding the thing.

I've not been to Brid for a few years but from what I can make out from the photo's I've seen the custom scene is desperately missing the likes of Carl Hissey and Ferdy (IMO).
There have been one or two trick bikes - Martinr's cutdown and his latest streetracer spring to mind but on the whole there's nothing close to the likes of Splinter, Bullet etc.

I'm disappointed that Shaun hasn't created something a little more special since the DRZ cutdown went ............

I was also impressed by the Animal? GP with the trick parts and vented mudguard and especially the indicators,brings a new look to an old shape.

Yes she is a beaut mate, now installed as one of my favs..managed to get a couple more piccys of it..nice.

My thoughts exactly..valour is an awesome scooter and really does look the dogs dangles, but the amount of cash work and effort just to show it off at shows wouldnt be for me..but thats my opinion..

BUT still had the same noddles on the tyres as last year...the 2 AF flakes just looked stunning..

They've maybe done thousands of miles in the last year and just changed them but we all know that it will have gone there and back in a van then back into the garage until the next show(Non ridden scooters don't you just hate 'em or is it just me)

Brid was the first time its been near a van and is a ridden custom bike
You crack me up with the nobbly tyre bit, the rims and tyres on it were brand new that we put on the night before after getting back from the chromer/engraver in a rush just for the show. and are totally different to last years now, being tubeless (funnily enough for safety when its being ridden).

In that case my apoligises, you must admit how it looked though.. , glad it is used as it should be shown of on the road..as I said it is a lovely scooter of that there is no doubt..
