The durations i stated for 58mm are asuming that the durations stated by paulski are correct for a 60mm stroke on that barrel and asuming the crank has a 107 rod and standard deck height piston.
yeah dead right there, rod is 107 and i have the engine on the bench and have methodically measured the timings with a degree disc and a fixed pointer. that port calculator is a handy gadget tho if you got all your measurements accurate. ive just sent the barrel off to MB to sort with a racetour piston, so i will hopefully fit it and see wot its all about soon??? anyone recommend wot pipe to use with that sort of porting??? i have a sterling /or a scorpion /or a remade fresco/ or a ancillotti clubman .....im running it on a 30mm oko carb.... i would like to make it rideable and not a peaky revmonster...wot u reckon guys, will post more info if i get it in and running.

i would prefer the timings with a 58mm crank in it, you might find the 60 more revier but you will have morre cc, run it and see how it is with both 58/60 cranks
