these conversions can be very cheap to do if you fancy having a go and have the tools my brother and i have done 2 .a few tips for you diyers .you need to weld the inlet a bit where the stud hole runs past or you will break through when opening the holes up .bore the stud holes out i think we did them to 14mm from the top .dont go right through leave the last fin, oval this out to let the barrel drop on the casing using a dremmel .turn the spigot down to fit the casing .you want to be able to just slide the barrel on and off with ease .you then need to weld the casing transfer on the mag side to build it up .i think the gse kits come with a special base gasket so you dont need to do that .we then matched the casing transfers to the barrel .the head holes were not opened up the studs just splay but you need to dowel the head otherwise it will be off center use a mirror where the crank runs to see it centered and then dowel it .hope this gves you guys a little insight into how we did ours .

does anyoen know soemone who has run one of these ? - it looks almost too good to be true.
I have one of these kits and when it came the head was warped to bad to use so I had it re cut and the inlet port needed work to match up to the gasket etc
and the bore has a 4 thou clearance 8-)
my local shop checked all the parts and said the barrel and piston and rings were good but the head was rubbish ill be fitting the kit before Christmas and then report back on here ;)
btw I emailed 5 other buyers of the kit on ebay and 3 got back to me and all said they were more than happy with the kit, hope this helps you decide m8

thansk again everyone
would love one of those new 200 Muggies but as money too tight to mention i've got a summary of some mixed feelings / views but from what i can gather those who have used them (or who have mates who have) reckon there pretty good but the cylinder head will at least need checking and potentially some work.
thanks again all
