Had the same problem a few months ago,got all the air out the system but still had no brake,turned out to be the caliper wasn't sitting flush on the disc so shimmed the caliper till it was flush and the brake worked perfect. This was on a scoot rs outboard.

syringe and short length of tube fitted over bleed nipple and fill system from caliper end. Result is instant.

Agree this is the easiest way .....thats if you have a length of tube that fits the nipple and a syringe that fits the tube

I also heard another easy way but not tried it yet.
Fill the reservoir up.... and cable tie the lever to the grip..... turn handlebars to the left and leave over night.

as i say ive never tried it but, was told this by a bike spanner monkey

I gave up for the night and when i came down in the morning there was a puddle of brake fluid under the front wheel, seems there is a leak on the caliper somewhere which i think is the seals, i'll strip it down and have a look see. Thanks for your help so far. Pete
