I actually held back on how bad the 'repair' was. It was shocking even the parts used to rebuild the forks were unrecognisable and looked to me like like Indian bad pattern tat.

Thanks for the other inputs it sounds like they need to go to a professional place. I'll try CS Engineering.

Give Shocky a try, the forks in my picture were well out, I took them to a recommended dealer to fix them and they were still the same, Shocky sorted them perfectly ;)
