Because we are going to paint the flywheel...

But it looks a bit bigger on the picture then it actually is.

Pat's login aint working so i quote: "I’m tempted to make a batch of 10 if there’s interest but they’ll be 275.00quid each plus p+p. Will make them either for standard drum set up or convert as ours to the disc brake set up. Pat"

Yes it is cnc'd from a big lump of 6061 T6 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6061_aluminium_alloy)! Thats why its not cheap!

You can contact pat at pat@saigonscootercentre.com i guess he will make a list and if there is enough potential he will do a small run of 10.

Even if it is not as big as it looks in the picture, I still think you will have a problem with the air rolling off the end of the fins of the fan (cavitating) before it can be pushed over the cylinder. The design of the standard fan cover is for a reason.

Well we only removed the inner circles (which are open anyway) but interesting point. Could always add some custom wording like done on many other bikes before.

On your hub you might want to double up on the disc fixings from 3 to 6. It looks like you have 3 x M8 bolts in sheer on quite a small PCD. For the sake of 3 more fixings I'd double up, hubs, rims and break parts always make me nervous, a disc parting company with the hub assembly would be a nasty one.
