What do these figures mean in real terms?

Anything related to Lambrettas... ask tech questions, post helpful info, or just read and learn.

none I'm afraid Jaime.

My borer simply drilled the piston with two 1.5mm holes either side of the piston so that they would lubricate the area either side of the exhaust port- basically they're roughly in line with the ring pegs and approx 2cms down from the top edge of the piston (close to the underside of the gudgeon pin). The holes on the outside of the piston have been countersunk by about 3mm.

At the moment no problems................................................ :shock:

just done 300 km. Bike pulling really well with no problems at all (yes I know........)

No rattles, no nip ups at all and starts 2nd kick. So far so good.......................

Would go a lot better if the transfer timing was taken to 124 degrees. I mean a LOT!!! better.

Instead of raising the transfers, how about lowering the piston crown in the transfer port vicinity??
