Go for the Scootrs one [not anti dive] keep it simple, only weak spot is the speedo drive, change it for a Steel MB jobby before you fit it and you wont go far wrong :D .

I have the Anti Dive RS but as yet its not fitted, can you just not fit the tie bar and use it as is with MB springs?

No. You would need to change the plate that holds the caliper so that it can locate into your fork links as a standard drum or disc hub would. This part is available from www.justlambretta.com

How can you tell it is crap? Did you have bad expirience with it?
We sold more than a hundred brakes and never heard of problems with the caliper.
I tested it 2 years before going on sale in the EuropeanScooterChallenge and even in a race on the Nuerburgring without problems.
If there is one with yours please send it back and get it exchanged.
We take this very seriously as it is important that this item works all the time.

Cheers

BTW: I won't change to Nissin calipers if the only proof that it is really Nissin is the writing on the caliper.

Hi Marco,
It was well publicised on the forums some years ago of the same calipers having pistons siezing in the early ScootRS ones and I believe various people then made stainless steel pistons to fix the problem. This was why ScootRS changed to Nissin, no offence but they've sold many many of their brakes and I know they're very reluctant to change design.

I think Frank Sanderson does an anti-dive kit for the ScootRS brake?

This is a no brainer go for the PM and steer clear of Scootrs, there anti dive doesnt even have bushes.....cowboys and all that.
