If that is lockwire on cylinderhead nuts, I would not be tempted to try myself.

Sorry mate, but it just seems like more effort than gain.
I usually find that if the nuts are torqued down with decent washers they don`t come undone by accident.

I think I would prefer to rely on a retorque after runninG up to working temperature and letting the engine cool. Then after 500 or so miles retorque again.

cezeta and sugarlump have been toying with an idea where you remove four plugs from your head cowling so you can get to the head bolts without taking everything apart
or is this like all new ideas it's been done before

Now that would be a good idea cause its a pain in the ass having to retorque the head..
