Well chuffed with the RT 255, 81.1 mph with only 15 miles on the clock ain't bad at all, there's still more to give, once run in, I will mess around with the jetting and get rid of some rich spots mid range. The tests today were done on an open mouth carb, I'm now running with a filter which will richen things up all the way through, just how I like when running in......

One thing's for sure, this engine will definately give a higher top speed, and will pull tree trunks out all day long !

Superb engine, very very happy with it, Mr B has done it again !

Big thank you to David B for today's jetting advice, Dave H for being test pilot (my leg weighs more than him !), and everyone who showed up, can't think of any other way I'd like to spend a Sunday...... well that's a lie, a tub of lard and a couple of hours with Krystal Steal might better it !

Cheers everyone........... see you out there.........
Old Lambrettas Never die ..................... they just go Faster !

Ron Moss says "Supertune it !"
