ok i am going to order me an engine this month were is the best place to order one from
i have emailed readspeed and fox to get a price on a 250/260 rb, do not have a limited budget
so i want some thing that goes the game

There are probably others that will do a good job. Though I would recommend Andy Francis.

2500 - 3000, or would it be better to get a complete old engine and send it

Have a look at the "ts1 dyno" thread, yam-lam (mat) is one of my mates from over walsall. and chris is a top engine builder . Give him a ring (he`s in aldridge) and he`ll sort you out. ( dont think he likes RBs though)
