Let me suggest the following:

Monza 240
62mm Tino Sacchi Long stroke crank
17/46 sprockets
stage 6 porting
35mm Mikuni Carb
PM 28 Exhaust
AF Lightened Flywheel
Electronic Ignition
Carbon Fiber Reeds, Polini carbon fiber with the bridge cut on the cage for one reed per side

very fast without compromising the reliability

If you're not on a limited budget have you had a look at the Targa Twin from CamLam? £8,500 and then all you do is bolt it into your frame! :D

Hi Del
Was hoping to see you tonight.
Have a look at the "ts1 dyno" thread, yam-lam (mat) is one of my mates from over walsall. and chris is a top engine builder ;) . Give him a ring (he`s in aldridge) and he`ll sort you out. ( dont think he likes RBs though)
