Hi all,

Changed over from the original points to a full dc wassel set up. I'm struggling with the connections in the headlight and after some assistance.

I have the casa ignition switch without the park light option and using the MB universal loom.

I have a few wires left that I am unsure of, any ideas where they should be connected? This is where I am at the moment.

I have these remaining: yellow feed from the loom, the purple piggy back I will clip off.

A purple and brown from the ignition switch.

do I have some in the wrong position as well?

Thanks in advance Image

Yellow from loom needs to connect to the brown from ignition switch.
Use the purple piggy back to connect to the ignition switch purple.
Others look ok.

Should be an orange from the dip/horn switch to the orange on the ignition switch

I had to do a wire repair and unfortunately ran out so the last bit is grey, but labelled as orange.

All working many thanks, but had a weird situation with the rear light assy.

It has 4 connectors 2x marked M, 1x stop and the tail.

M is the earth but I found there wasn't an electrical connection between the terminal and the reflector/bulb holder despite being riveted together.

I made a solder joint and then it worked.

Next challenge is 3 out of 4 headlight rim screws line up, the 4th doesn't.. Typical
