i'm renovating a gp 150 for a friend that had an AF 230 kit it now has a cassa 225 that i have fitted , it already has a dellorto 34mm vshb , the side panel has a big f-off hole cut in it which is in the wrong place for the carb so it's going to be replaced with a new panel is it absolutley nessesary for this hole
this scooter will live in southern spain (dry dusty roads)after the renovation and i would prefer it to have an air filter but it doesn't seem possible
would the engine breathe ok without the cut out ?
does anyone have any ideas for an air filter solution ?
thanks in advance

you might be able to use one of the filters that chiselspeed sell, ive got one on my rotax, its a great big filter that fits between the carb and panel.
