Hi my Mrs vespa as she says keeps jumping out of 2nd gear and when she is pulling up it stalls, a mate of hers adjusted the clutch and was fine for a bit, but now she says it's doing it again, silly question shall I just adjust the clutch again or is it something deeper

Symptoms could point to worn cruciform - or worn 2nd gear cog...

Adjusting the clutch will allow for easier gear change (depending on where the bit point was originally )!
But this don't have any effect on it jumping out of gear at all !!
As caramel surggested cruciform/ worn 2nd gear !

Sometimes it is just a worn gear selector box and fixing that will stop it jumping for a good while. There is a refurb kit if the ally body is still tight enough.
