Hi just wondering if anyone has advice or pics detailing the route they ran a hydraulic hose through a series 2 headset.

That's a really neat job! Shame that ScootRS are no more, I've got one of their disc setups on my S3 and I was thinking about getting one for my S2.

no need to drill the headset, go through the back of the switch housing :)

I think if you replace the headset clamp bolt on the S2 with a shorter one you can feed the hydraulic hose through the opening to get at the bolt without drilling your headset. I'm not 100% on this as it might only be relevant to a S1. One of them has a long clamp bolt.
I used the straight back route on my GP, it was very neat but I had to remove material from the throttle rod as it was wearing the hydraulic hose as it's all a bit tight in there.

I`ve done it as Corrado says, back through the clamp bolt hole.
Had to use a shorter Allen bolt and I made a short cone-shaped sleeve to spread the load nicely on to that shoulder on the clamp .
I`m away at work so I cant take any pics sorry .
