Yes, I put one in yesterday. I bought the whole clutch; corks and plates, they are on offer, I also used the MB springs. I've used the clutch before and they are very good. Unsure how much BHP they will stand but I'm going running them in anything OTT, just a 225 with a Scootopia Clubman and a 25 Dellorto.

I've fitted a few, every one I have fit has worked out of the box, no slip/drag etc, I can't rate them highly enough for the money. 2 of my scoots have them in (a 22.7 BHP Imola and a 27.9 BHP TS1) both running gp200 boxes with different sprockets, not a bit of slip (I've put a lot of miles on them and I ride them like I stole them) nice/smooth and easy to pull, good biting point etc and for £40 you can't go wrong

Tough one that as you already have a screamer and a plodder....sorry tourer LOL
depends what you want, what carb/exhaust you thinking of ? you having the barrel "worked" or you leaving it standard ? is it going to be a rally bike or an everyday street screamer ?

i have an ads5 road race bran new afranspeed super tourer with 400 miles on a spare 30pbh li150 gear box most internals so just undecided i could go cassa225 or rb225 with 60x110 crank ie 230cc o and i also have a spare taminifull circle 58x107 crank so i have some good bits to play with

personally I would go TS1 or Monza with 60x110 crank, play with packers to lower port timings slightly (probably raise/widen exhaust port slightly) TMX 30/32, either of those exhausts, LI150 box (16/46) Readspeed 5 plate, should make for a good tractable motor that will still rev on well

The above is how my TS1 is set up (except I run a TMX35, JL4 and GP200 box (19/47) and an augusto 7000 and it pulls like a train from tickover, yet peak power is at just over 8,000 rpm

Hi, what speed does your 27bhp TS1 do?
I'm building very similar.
regards
