Hi all. My 152L2 with P200 engine has recently developed a misfire that seems to occur only after about 20 mins or so. The bike rides as normal for 20-30 minutes, then tall of a sudden it will start to misfire and stall, as if the HT cap has come lose or there is an intermittent spark. It will stall, then on restarting it will will start and tickover fine, but when you try to pull away it tries to stall and can only be kept going by revving it like buggery. Will then run but has chronic misfire and rides like a bucking broncho. Sometimes it will then seem to remedy itself after 5 or 10 minutes and ride normally again, only for the problem to reappear. If you leave the bike until the next day, it will ride normally with no misfire, then the cycle will start over.
Have already drained and cleaned tank in case it was dirty/bad fuel, have tried alternative known to be fault free cdi, stator, plug, ht lead. Have also replaced float bowl and needle and cleaned carb thoroughly. Have drilled new vent holes in filler cap. Have pulled fuel tap apart and rebuilt with new rubber washer. Seems to be working as it should.
Engine has been recently rebuilt with new seals but has been running fine for a month or so until now. Any ideas? Clutch side oil seal?
One thing I have noticed is that somehow (rebuilt engine in a badly lit shed and must have missed it) the bearing sleeve that fits into the flywheel side casing accepts the end of the primary cush drive is missing. There is some minor leakage into the area that houses the flywheel and stator, but nothing seems to be getting onto the stator. Anybody had anything similar and would the missing bearing sleeve have an impact? As I said, has been running fine until now.
My next step is to split the casings and inspect the clutch seal (and replace the bearing sleeve), but I've run engines with blown seals before and not experienced this issue. Checked gearbox oil and no hint of petrol in it. I am flummoxed....
Any input gladly received.

Solved
I have an engine cut-out switch under the seat and had started to earth out on the tank
Also, the bearing sleeve wasn't missing but the end had come off - still not exactly sure how this happened, but hole is plugged and all is well.
