They are crash bobbins spare from Group 4 race bike. The original plan at the start had been to build a trick Street Class race scooter and the forks happened to be one of the first things I rebuilt hence put the crash bobbins on .... They are actually very effective at protecting forks sliding along the Tarmac ;-)

Liking that a lot Paul. The frame is a belter, really nicely and properly welded. Then the Amal carb, I bloomin love em. Seriously thinking of using mine again.Speedy.
