Does anyone here drive the BGM Big Box on a standard P2 engine?

The test in Scootering sounded quite impressive. Or did anyone here face any problems (fitting/build quality)?

Cheers, Chris

I'm interested to hear too, thinking of taking my Taffy pipe off my malossi 210, but need to know that it's a good un as the Taffy works great just now.

The Big Box looked great against the other std look exhausts, but it would be good to see a chart of the same bike fitted with an expansion for comparison. Torque/Bhp etc

Not read the article yet.
Two other barrels to test first but I'll stick a graph up in a few weeks for a touring Malossi with JL v BGM.
Already made my mind up for this year though with the BGM, so quiet and performs too.

To be fair it doesn't seem to have any massive gains over the SIP 2?

I had one on my last 210 and the fit was brilliant as it comes with 3 sleeves for the exhaust stub ,i found it very good with loads of low down torque and it seemed better built than the sip roads i have had in the past .An example is i used to have to take a hill near me in third unless i caught it just right but with the big box it went up in 4th easy

Have a look at these before you go the BGM

These guys were doing px box exhausts long before

they use genuine piaggio boxes

Despite the price the S-Box was on my radar as well. But if I interpret the description on their webside right it's more designed for kitted/tuned engines?

Agreed, would be good to see a side by side comparison. Pipe Design have an opportunity to tap into the UK market, but it's rare that you get the chance to see any results, there also seems to be a couple of comments on supply and lead times which doesn't give confidence

I like the look and reviews of the pipe design but can't make out what the f@@k is going on on the website.
