I've bought a 'SIP 2.0 Road' exhaust to fit to my 1975 Rally 200 - and wondered if anyone can offer advice on what jetting I'll need to run with this pipe. It's currently running the original, bog standard 6v Femsa engine with a standard 24/24 si carb & stock pipe.

, ifirc standard is 118? main....I would have thought a 120 or 122 would be somewhere near . Start higher then come back down if need be.

That's great, had a look & It's got a 118 main in at the minute & I got a selection of larger jets when I bought the pipe which go up to 128 - so I reckon I'll try it with a 122 main, drill the filter & see how it runs from there.
Thanks for the replies..

Beamy out of the Wanderers runs a standard Rally 200, Femsatronic ignition,,, 122 main jet with a SIP road pipe. 2 years no bother.
