Couldn't resist it.Since delivered I've changed the tyres, tubes and levers etc, serviced it and booked mot.Looks like it's been off the road since 1976.Runs sweet.
Just another winter's tale

Lovely, Stu. I'm just buying one exactly the same colours
Is the seat cover original? Only asking as I'm on the look out for an original and tatty Spanish S2 seat cover

No history, just going off the last spanish tax sticker on the legshields re when last on road.Toddy wrote:Looks nice as well great find , any history ?
The seat cover in the first pic looked like it had been on for years, probably why the original one underneath is so good. It's only an overcover, but if you want it it's yours. I looked all over for a decent second hand complete el tigre one for my other winter, but had to buy a new one in the end.storkfoot wrote: Lovely, Stu. I'm just buying one exactly the same colours

Thanks for the offer, mate but the cover only straight on the springs would aggravate my haemorrhoidsIhateyoubutler wrote: The seat cover in the first pic looked like it had been on for years, probably why the original one underneath is so good. It's only an overcover, but if you want it it's yours. Anyway, I think it's done such a good job of protecting the original seat you should keep it
